Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • CHOCOLATE SPREAD
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 5 tablespoons coconut milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix until fully incorporated
  2. In a frying pan heat olive oil
  3. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side
  4. In another bowl mix all ingredients for the filling
  5. When ready remove and serve with chocolate spread
