Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups bananas
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 F
- In a bowl combine all wet ingredients with dry ingredients, mix until fully incorporated
- Spoon batter into 8-9 muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes
- When ready remove and serve
