Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups bananas
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F
  2. In a bowl combine all wet ingredients with dry ingredients, mix until fully incorporated
  3. Spoon batter into 8-9 muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes
  4. When ready remove and serve
