Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 F
- In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth
- Divide batter between 8-10 muffin tins
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown
- When ready, remove and serve
