Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F
  2. In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth
  3. Divide batter between 8-10 muffin tins
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown
  5. When ready, remove and serve
