Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup sweetener
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/3 tsp nutmeg
- 1/3 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 F
- In a bowl combine together wet ingredients with dry ingredients, mix until fully incorporated
- Spoon batter into each muffin cup
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown
- Roll each muffin in cinnamon and serve
