Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup sweetener
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F
  2. In a bowl combine together wet ingredients with dry ingredients, mix until fully incorporated
  3. Spoon batter into each muffin cup
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Roll each muffin in cinnamon and serve
