Ingredients

  • 1 cup flax seed
  • 4 pastured eggs
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • ¼ cup sweetener
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
  2. In a bowl combine all ingredients together using a hand mixed
  3. Pour mixture into prepared muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes
  4. When ready remove and serve
