Ingredients
- 1 cup flax seed
- 4 pastured eggs
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- ¼ cup sweetener
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- In a bowl combine all ingredients together using a hand mixed
- Pour mixture into prepared muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes
- When ready remove and serve
