Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1,5 oz. butter
  • 40 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz. dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
  2. In a bowl mix all ingredients for the pancakes
  3. In a skillet melt butter, pour pancake mixture
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side
  5. When ready remove and serve with dark chocolate on top
