Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl mix all ingredients for the pancakes
- In a skillet heat olive oil and pour pancake mixture
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side
- When ready remove and serve with maple syrup
