Ingredients

  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 ½ scoops protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup nut
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • GLAZE
  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F
  2. In a bowl mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients together, mix until fully incorporated
  3. Distribute the batter amongst the muffin liners
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
  5. When ready remove and serve with glaze
