Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt
- In another bowl whisk together yolk, oil, coconut milk, coconut flour and baking powder
- Mix well and let batter stand for a couple of minutes
- Pour butter into a frying pan and cook on low heat
- When ready, serve with berries
