Ingredients

  • 10 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 oz. smoked ham
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese
  • ΒΌ red onion

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together, set aside for 4- 5 minutes
  2. In a frying pan pour batter and fry for 2-3 minutes per side
  3. When ready remove and add ham and cheese between pancakes
  4. Top with onion and serve
