Ingredients
- 10 oz. cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 oz. smoked ham
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese
- ΒΌ red onion
Instructions
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together, set aside for 4- 5 minutes
- In a frying pan pour batter and fry for 2-3 minutes per side
- When ready remove and add ham and cheese between pancakes
- Top with onion and serve
