  • 3 oz. bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ parsley

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan heat olive oil and fry scallions, bacon and cheese
  2. In a bowl mix eggs, parsley and olive
  3. Pour mixture into the frying pan over bacon and scallions
  4. When ready remove and serve
