Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon ocatane oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup romaine lettuce
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- cilantro
Instructions
- In a skilet heat olive oil
- Cook 1 egg for 2-3 minutes per side or until solid
- In a bowl mash avocado with octane oil and salt
- Use eggs as taco shells and fill with avocado mixture
