Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sweetener
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 zucchini
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 F
- In a bowl combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients together, mix until fully incorporated
- Spoon the butter into muffin tins
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown
- When ready remove and serve
