  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sweetener
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 zucchini
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F
  2. In a bowl combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients together, mix until fully incorporated
  3. Spoon the butter into muffin tins
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown
  5. When ready remove and serve
