Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F
  2. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients and well ingredients, mix until fully incorporated
  3. Pour batter into a muffin tin and make 6-8 muffins
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown
  5. When ready remove and serve
